Handle a team of 8-10 agents for providing technical support on phone/email/chat to customers
Prior experience of handling electronics/mobile/similar process
Excellent analytical, Requirement gathering, specification planning and problem solving skills
Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail & telephone
Must have experience in SLA
Astounding written and spoken English is must
5+ years of experience
You will be the person that will keep the support engine running
