Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Knowledge of Service KPIs (TAT, NPS, CSAT).
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
Handholding and guiding technical engineers to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide inputs from the field on Region specific training needs
Ability to adapt the training to the participants knowledge level
Excellent Presentation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of regional languages is a plus
Trainer with good communication
Additional Training certifications will have an edge
