Handling direct dealer & distributor channel and to look after their sales track record in the assigned territory
Build influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailers store management and sales teams in order to ensure appropriate business management is achieve at store level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.)
Delivering business results through sales team and Distributor infrastructure (Return on Investments, Coverage, Stock Management, Credit in market Etc.)
Appointing dealers and continuing with healthy Relationship through support and service, further ensure closure to commitment immediately.
Monitoring hygiene in processes, adherence to Availability and Visibility in the markets.
Maintained Competitor updates in terms of Product/ scheme / network expansion & accordingly plan for the month.
Prepare the Monthly report & Credit note working.
Achieving value and volume targets & secondary target
Achieve Primary, Secondary & Collection targets. Throughout from Distributors.
Preparing periodic MIS & putting to RM & management for daily appraisal
