1. Understanding larger objective of his role from the RM to keep focus in preparing sales strategy & action plans.
2. Working out his own KRAs in consultation with his reporting manager which are in line with the larger objective to be achieved.
3. Preparing strategy in consultation with his reporting manager in achieving monthly & quarterly targets
4. Meeting his team members & explaining to each of them the meaning of larger objective;
5. Delineating KRAS of his team members and explaining them unmistakably the focus areas according to Job Description handed over to them;
6. Signing KRAS with each of his team members;
7. Spearheading his team and keep motivating & monitoring their performance on periodic basis to drive results;

11. Preparing & undertaking sales promotion ATL/ BTL activities.
12. Preparing daily beat plan for B2C selling of GPS enabled car security product.
13. Demonstrating product features to customer while pitching sale.
14. Track on Activation of the Product on sales by the team & realisation of payment.
15. Providing early resolution on the concerns and Handling queries of customers.
16. Conducting meeting with Business Head & QA team on monthly basis for sharing existing product/ market feedback.
17. Reporting daily/weekly progress to his Business Head.
