BASIC DETAILS

i. Position : Branch Manager - Sales
ii. Qualification : Graduate/PGDM/ Post Graduate/ Graduate
iii. Experience : 9-15Yrs
iv. CTC : No salary bar for the right candidate.

OBJECTIVE
The position demands strong support to Vertical head Sales & Marketing for maximising sales of Kent- Products. One should possess sound knowledge of all sales activities to organise sales through B2B and B2C sales. He should be competent to understand company vision & mission statements and align all his strategies of sales to achieve companys vision & mission.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
a. The incumbent should be fully commit to vision & mission of Kent Ro Systems Ltd and investing his time & energy in adding positive EVA to already high performing teams and provide leadership to supervise S & M Operations for the state in any of the Zones.
b. In this position he will spear head a team of around 8-15 Exe/Sr.
Exe/TL/GL.
c. It is middle level position where in personal traits of the incumbent would be stretched to utilized his potential to morph ordinary output into high goal oriented performance by fast decision making, taking ownership and managing ambiguities.
d. One must have complete hold in all S & M roles namely b2b/b2c sales.
e. The incumbent will be expected to provide a strategic vision wherein he will utilize his experiences to assess market segmentation, consumer preferences, own his key performance parameters to achieve sales growth of 20-25% on quarterly, bi- yearly and annual basis over previous year.
f. The position holder will delineate his key performance indicators among his team members and take a periodic review of their performance, undertake variance analysis & revisiting strategic moves wherever required
g. The incumbent would be expected to provide sustainable & positive working environment to his entire team and keep them fully motivated and charged to work on stretched targets without feeling the heat of work pressure.
h. The position demands excellent communication skills both verbal & written, self driven, taking ownership, managing ambiguities, quick decision making and possess team building capabilities in order to give high level of performance.
i. He would also undertake any assignment given by his HOD.
j. He should periodically submit MIS of his monthly activities to his HOD.
