- Qualification : Graduate/PGDM/MBA

- The position demands strong support to Reporting manager-Sales for maximising sales of Kent- Products. One should possess sound knowledge of channel sales activities to achieve sales target. He should be competent to understand company vision & mission statements and align strategies of distributor & dealer sales to achieve company's vision.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling Channel sales in their region by taking care of entire sales cycle.
Handling direct dealer & distributor channel and to look after their sales track record in the assigned territory
Build relationships with the retailer's store management and sales teams in order to ensure appropriate business goals are achieved at store's level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.)
Appointing dealers and distributors network.
Monitoring hygiene in processes, adherence to Availability and Visibility in the markets
Preparing & assigning annual, biannual, quarterly and monthly projections for targets for himself & his team. (where applicable
Maintaining Competitor updates in terms of Product/ scheme / network expansion & accordingly plan for the month.
Prepare the Monthly report & Credit note working.
Achieving value and volume targets & secondary target
Preparing periodic MIS & putting to reporting Manager, HOD & management for daily appraisal.
Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his HOD from time to time.
